Commercial Mold Remediation

In the before picture mold is evident in a Manteca area business, the cause of this water damage is a broken water supply line under a sink. The customer mopped up the floor and thought everything was dry. A few weeks later they called us in because they started to notice an odor. We checked the wall moisture meter and of course we discovered it was wet. When inspecting the wall we found that there was mold within the wall cavity. Restoration included setting up a temporary containment, with an hepa air scrubber before we could start remove the moldy dry wall, insulation, and vinyl floor.
