This home is located in the Manteca CA area had a water damage that caused their walls and hardwood floor to be wet. There is moistness that is entrapped under the hardwood flooring. SERVPRO uses a negative pressure drying system that uses a specially designed floor mats that draw moisture out of the hardwood floors safely without drying your wood too quickly which then could cause your could to crack. The after picture that is showing foil tubing leads to a desiccant dehumidifier which is specially designed to dry out hardwood to remove the moist air out of this area.
