Commercial Biohazard

SERVPRO of Manteca got a call from a retirement complex that needed biohazard clean up. The person living there was evicted because of the unhealthy living conditions and the apartment could not be lived in until thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. It was necessary to bag all trash and remove all carpet, padding, and tack strips. We cleaned and disinfected all the surfaces within the living place such as hard wood, doors, countertops, refrigerator, cabinet-inside and out, and bathroom. For the employee's protection they had to wear PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Management was pleased that the job was completed in one day so they could put the apartment back together.
